Each of our amazing female entrepreneurs will have only 3 minutes to pitch their business idea and need to the crowd and our esteemed judges. This will be followed by a brief question and answer session for each entrepreneur as well. This event is all ages and open to the public. Attendee tickets include wine (21+) and dinner, plus the chance to help fund the immediate needs of our SHEPreneurs.

Join Stoke Denton for a walking tour of local startups ranging from marketing to tech. You'll get to peep inside the brains and spaces of some of Denton's great startups: Kubos, GSATi, From the Future, Square 205 and Ready Rosie.
Come see their space and learn how they got their start, what they do, what failures they grew from, and how they are putting Denton on the map.
After the startup crawl, participants are invited to Stoke for a reception to enjoy light refreshments and drinks (for 21+). Stoke member companies (Bunch Bike, Upventur, Zarcode, and more) will also be present to answer questions and tell visitors about their work and the coworking community.

Are you interested in learning how to fund your startup? Walk through the process and topics associated with engaging investors and learn how to stand out. Lead by Mark Cieri, a Denton Angel investor and CEO of QV Partners. Mark will share with participants the Denton Angel's submission outline, personal observations about high-quality pitches, and some do's and don’ts.
This is the first in a series of workshops for startup fundraising.
