This Fireside Chat will offer an intimate and casual conversation between two entrepreneurs, who also happen to be friends. Executive Director of Stoke, Heather Gregory, will sit down with Kari Meyercord-Westerman, owner of Thistle Creative Reuse. Thistle's mission is to "inspire sustainable creativity by reimagining the lifecycle of materials." We'll discuss her time in the creative reuse energy, and the entrepreneurial journey that led to opening the sustainability store of every creatives' dreams.

This event is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), a global movement occurring in hundreds of cities that reach millions of people over a focused effort through events and coordinated activities.

The goal of GEW North Texas is to inspire, connect and engage the local community of innovators, creatives, entrepreneurs, investors, educators and students.
