Denton’s Startup Conference for Creative Entrepreneurs

FlintConf is Denton’s startup conference for creative entrepreneurs. Since 2019, Stoke has planned and hosted FlintConf for entrepreneurs, creatives, freelancers, side hustlers, and students who are seeking connections with peers and mentors, a push in the right direction to move their business forward, and apps and advice to add to their toolkits for success.

What Past Attendees Have To Say

I learned a tremendous wealth of information about entrepreneurship. I liked how it wasn’t sugar coated. I think a lot of times, speakers talk in hypotheticals and best case scenarios. I loved to hear that it was possible to be an entrepreneur, but not impossible. The best part was all the energy and willingness to connect with others that everyone had.

I walked away with a feeling of reassurance. (Wildflower Art Studio) Emile Stewart’s presentation was very encouraging and made me feel like I was on the right path.

(Stoke) Heather Gregory’s design talk was interesting, exciting, and it’s made me think more critically about the way I design my physical and mental spaces. Then (RS Consulting) Randi Skinner & (Blue Steele Solutions) Heather Steele’s vision framework exercise helped me hone in on the work I actually want to do.
