Stoke has hosted Coffee + Convo in various formats over the years. During 2023's iteration, we'll start with a quick intro., describe the topic or guiding question of the day, and dive into how the session so the mentor and peers can best help you with what you're working on. Each mentor has varying expertise in different fields, so every session will be a little different! This is a low-key morning meetup with high impact on your toolkit!

About Heather Gregory

Heather Gregory is an ecosystem builder, place maker, community organizer, and entrepreneur based in Denton, TX. Heather has served as the Director of Stoke Coworking since January 2017 and as owner since 2020 making use of her multifaceted background in entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, operations, event planning, and program development.

In her time at Stoke, she has launched programs and events that help entrepreneurs connect with the people, knowledge, and resources they need to move their business forward. Prior to working at Stoke, she was the Director of SCRAP Denton, project manager at a full-service marketing agency, and the creator and owner of a food truck in Portland, Oregon.

Topic of the Day: Finding Community as an Entrepreneur

This event is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), a global movement occurring in hundreds of cities that reach millions of people over a focused effort through events and coordinated activities.

The goal of GEW North Texas is to inspire, connect and engage the local community of innovators, creatives, entrepreneurs, investors, educators and students.

The events organized and hosted during this week are curated to help expose participants to all aspects of entrepreneurship. This week is also designed to create a path of connectivity beyond the normal silos and patterns of engagement.
