Russell Wallace, CPA, Partner & Founder at Wallace Accounting & Advisory

Russell has worked as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in full-time and fractional roles. His primary disciplines have included tax planning, transaction cost analysis, due diligence, entity structuring, financial reporting, and small business consulting. He has worked with large publicly traded companies, closely-held entities and their owners, and high net worth individuals, particularly within private equity and growth equity, healthcare, and other service companies. His additional areas of specialization include financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis.

Dallas Guill, Director of Corporate and Foundation Communications at UNT

Dallas Guill is the Director of Corporate and Foundation Communications for the University of North Texas. Mr. Guill received both his bachelor’s degree in English and master’s degree in Professional and Technical Communication from UNT. He previously served as a grant writer for Texas Ballet Theater and grants/membership associate for the Greater Denton Arts Council. During his time in Denton, Mr. Guill has worked with several non-profit organizations as a grant writer and fundraiser, including Thin Line Film Fest, Friends with Benefits (which he co-founded), and Denton Animal Support Foundation. He also worked in a talent buying and coordinator capacity local for local organizations, including Oaktopia, 35 Denton, and Lonestar Taps & Caps. In 2018 he served as the chair for Giving Day Denton in conjunction with Communities Foundation of Texas’ annual North Texas Giving Day. He currently serves on the City of Denton Library Board, UNT ELEVAR Advisory Board, and Denton Basic Services Center Board of Directors.
