Professional Space to Work and Meet
At Stoke Denton, we offer a place to be productive and build community with other entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, and small businesses. Not only does Stoke feature a coworking space, we also have conference rooms and an event space that can be rented on an hourly, half day, or full day basis. Need a space for your next team meeting, employee training, or appreciation party? Take a look at what we have to offer!
Coworking
Looking for a space to focus and “do work”? Coworking spaces help professionals thrive in several ways: they can strengthen your personal work identity, improve the ways in which you work, and help you meet individuals with whom you can collaborate on your projects. Because coworking spaces host people doing different kinds of work on their own projects, ventures, and businesses, there’s no pressure to have a certain work persona when you walk through our doors. At Stoke, you’ll find dedicated and coworking members in the open workspace. Though not too far away from other members and guests if you enjoy interaction, our coworking desks are spacious enough that you can accomplish work in your own space. Members also have access to the kitchen, coffee, snacks, and other useful things like the printer and conference rooms for meetings. Not sure if you’re ready to sign up for membership yet? Stoke offers FREE coworking on the last Friday of the month or you can buy a drop in day pass for $20 to get access to fast internet, bottomless coffee, snacks, and a professional and quiet place to work.
Conference Rooms
Meeting in a designated conference room can help maximize results of brainstorming sessions or those quarterly update meetings. Available to reserve for face-to-face meetings with clients or to bring the whole remote team together, Stoke conference rooms each have a whiteboard and a TV with projection capabilities to suit your needs. Rooms can be reserved for up to an hour, a full day, or anything in between. With three different conference rooms and seating available for 4, 8, and 10 people, we are sure to have a space that will work for your next client meeting or presentation. Our two larger conference rooms have a conference telephone should you need to call in a team member.
Event Space
Stoke hosts Lunch + Learn events in our event space, along with our monthly member huddles, networking and professional events (like the recent NCTC Tech Fair), and also opens up the space for businesses, organizations, and individuals to reserve. Should you need room for team building activities or for an end-of-the-year employee appreciation party, Stoke has the spot for you. For larger gatherings, Stoke’s event space has seating for up to 100 people, either audience style or at tables, and an audio-visual system for presentations, lectures, or training-type events.
Location
One of the challenges of managing a business online or working from home can be the lack of a physical, business address to receive mail or to meet with clients or collaborators. As a member at Stoke at any level (virtual, coworking, or dedicated), you can have mail, packages, and people come to you, and keep your home address private.
