Global Entrepreneurship Week
As part of Stoke’s mission to cultivate community and empower entrepreneurs, Stoke participates in Global Entrepreneurship Week each year in the fall, planning and hosting events for Denton’s creatives, makers, small business owners, techies, and entrepreneurs. Community members interested in learning more about business-related topics like branding or tools for efficiency and productivity can attend free events to gain insight for their endeavors, plus connect with other Dentonites.
Over 180 countries take part in GEW, hosting 40,000 events over the course of the week, activities meant to encourage current entrepreneurs as well as help remove barriers to entry and welcome all aspiring into the world of entrepreneurship.
Global Entrepreneurship Week is November 8th through 14th. We hope that you can make it to the virtual and in-person (safety measures taken!) events that Stoke has planned to learn from serial entrepreneurs, experts in their fields, and so that we can celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit of Dentonites.
