Pat is the founder and CEO of Serve Denton, an organization that partners with other nonprofits to help make their services more accessible for people in need. Recently, Serve Denton entered into a partnership with Toyota System Support Center to improve their operations.

Based on the philosophy that small improvements can make a big difference, the Toyota Production System has worked with manufacturers, non-profits, and community organizations for decades to help them be more productive, maximize available resources, and improve quality and safety.

Pat will share his knowledge and experience on the process that moving toward lean involves, as well as his wisdom from his leadership roles and how to get the team onboard!
