Denton's movers and shakers, change makers, and the entrepreneurial-minded will have a platform to share their visions for Denton at Big Ideas, a lil d creative mixer, hosted virtually by Stoke.

This event is an opportune time to celebrate the innovative spirit of the creatives, technologists, and entrepreneurs in Denton. Big Ideas invites community members to gather and discuss the projects they think would improve Denton and to engage with one another to bring these ideas to fruition.

At the core of Big Ideas is the belief that together we can do good work and make great things happen.

Denton's past creative mixers have resulted in organizations like TechMill being formed, the DIME store finding their first location, and satellite software startup, Kubos, launching.

At Big Ideas 2019, we heard ideas that included place-making south of the square, an idea for an art block party, and about how we can improve adult learning with ed tech. Denton is full of creative, innovative, compassionate people - our goal is to connect them so that we can bring great ideas to fruition.
