Lunch + Learn: What Is Usability & UX?

You might have a great product or service to offer, but if your target audience has trouble accessing it or can't figure out how to use it, you'll lose them.

In this virtual Lunch + Learn, usability and UX expert, Dr. Erin Friess will discuss how usability and UX should influence design to optimize results for both the creator and user. She'll explain the fields and how you can apply concepts from them to what you do with time for questions afterward.

Free to attend! Please register on Eventbrite for the Zoom link.
