  • Stoke 608 E. Hickory Street #128 Denton, Texas 76205 (map)

Practical tips to lead a sustainable career and create a healthy body, mind and soul.

Ambition, drive, and commitment to your career can take you far, but it shouldn’t cost you your health and well-being along the way.

Lunch + Learn speaker, Simon Trask, self-employed for over 10 years, will share tips on how to lead a sustainable career and create a healthy body, mind, and soul simultaneously. He's worked with over 300 small businesses and their owners over the span of his career.

This event will benefit the self-employed, like small business owners, entrepreneurs, startups, and freelancers as well as those who work independently most of the time (on a remote team, for example) and know that they need a better way to take time to care for themselves.

Points of discussion include

  • Determining what ‘self-care’ means to you

  • Living a sustainable lifestyle

  • Different ways to avoid burnout

You’ll learn about how to stay healthy and find contentment in your work, regardless of finances or workload.
