He also has over 20 years of experience in small business, having worked with over 300 small businesses in different capacities, seeing woes, successes, blind spots, and pitfalls. 

He's sold 2 businesses and bought 2 businesses, becoming familiar with mergers and acquisitions and understanding what it takes to build a business from scratch and make it valuable.
